Apparel plays a distinctive role in every culture. What we choose to wear is one way we tell the world who we are, where we come from, and what we think. Native Tie takes original, native fabrics and applies them to the modern necktie.
The inspiration for Native Tie came after our founder’s return from service in the Kingdom of Thailand. He had grown to love Thailand and its people and wanted a keepsake by which to remember them and their culture. He wasn’t looking for a knick-knack, but something that went with him wherever he went. Thus the first Native Tie was born. As we expand, we plan to produce beautiful ties from all over the world.
We believe that the best tie is one that demands the question, “Where did you get that?” To ensure that Native Ties are distinctive, each of our textiles is curated by hand in its country of origin and only a few neckties are produced from each fabric. Every tie is handmade, so even among ties cut from the same cloth, each is one of a kind. Quantities are limited, so if you see something you like, snatch it up before it’s gone for good!
